Tatarstan became the leader of control in 2025
The All-Russian Forum of Control Authorities - 2025 has started in Krasnoyarsk today, where the Republic of Tatarstan has taken a leading position for the results of control (supervisory) activities in the region.
The Forum, organized by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation with the support of the Center for Strategic Research Foundation, runs from October 16 to October 19 and has become an annual platform for discussing topical issues of the development of control (supervisory) activities. The event gathers more than a thousand participants from all over Russia. This year, special attention is paid to the issues of digitalization of control (supervisory) activities.
As part of the event, at the session "Mobile Digitalization of Control", on behalf of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan-Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, Deputy Minister of Economy Gulnaz Ismagilova presented the successful experience of the Republic of Tatarstan in implementing the Inspector mobile application.
The Deputy Minister stressed that the republican experience demonstrates how digitalization not only increases the efficiency of the inspection staff, but also contributes to the formation of a conscientious attitude on the part of controlled entities.
"The Republic of Tatarstan confidently holds the 1st place in the all-Russian rating for the implementation of a mobile application. For 9 months of 2025, more than 2,000 events using the Inspector mobile application were held in the republic through the Inspector. These are 25% of inspections, 43% of preventive visits and 60% of consultations," the deputy minister noted.
Gulnaz Ismagilova emphasized that Tatarstan's business and inspectors note the convenient format of remote inspections through the Inspector mobile application, and also noted the reduction in inspectors' costs for field events and the ability to promptly provide the necessary information to controlled persons.
A particularly significant achievement was the scaling of technology to the municipal level. Now, even in the most remote areas and rural settlements, inspectors have the opportunity to use a mobile application in their work.
"Active interaction with the business community of the republic has become an important part of our work, and now the main goal is not only to maintain this dialogue, but also to continue working to reduce the administrative burden on business while respecting the interests of the state and society," Gulnaz Ismagilova emphasized.
