Effective management of industrial parks in Tatarstan
On December 19, a practice-oriented seminar for industrial park management companies was held in the territory of the Zelenodolsk Industrial Park, organized by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The event brought together more than 40 participants, representatives of management companies interested in sharing experiences and best practices.
Natalia Kondratova, First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Director of the Entrepreneurship Development Department, opened the seminar, noting the importance of investments and interaction between management companies and residents.
The participants discussed key issues of the investment attractiveness of the parks and the requirements for potential residents, also discussed in detail the practical aspects of management based on successful examples of existing projects.
