#GenerousTuesday is the World Charity Day, the main purpose of which is to attract public attention and involve more people in charitable activities.
In 2024, the #GenerousTuesday is held on December 3.
The #GenerousTuesday has been held in Russia since 2016 with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. During this time, almost 4,500 organizations from 260 localities of the country joined the #GenerousTuesday. As a result of the joint efforts of the participants, donations to charitable organizations increase by an average of 2.7 times on the days of the campaigns.
