On October 29, 2024, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a regular meeting on the implementation of national projects with representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan and the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Tourism.
Within the framework of the "Education" NP, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan is implementing 3 federal projects. Equipment is being purchased for the "Point of Growth" Centers in the subjects "Mathematics and Computer Science", "Natural Science subjects" and for the renovation of labor workshops in 11 schools with disabilities in Aznakaevsky, Yelabuga, Kukmor, Leninogorsk, Mamadysh, Menzelinsky, Mendeleevsky, Nizhnekamsk districts and Naberezhnye Chelny. Work is also underway to equip the children's technopark "Quantorium" in Kazan with equipment and training facilities. Allowances were paid to 3 teachers within the framework of the Zemsky Uchitel program and computing equipment was supplied to 39 schools of the republic. Starting from 09/01/2024, the IT-Cube center for digital education of children will begin operating in Naberezhnye Chelny Polytechnic College.
Within the framework of the project "Patriotic education of Russian citizens", equipment with state symbols is being supplied to 1,177 schools and payments are being made to the advisers of the directors of education.
Within the framework of the NP "Unmanned Aviation Systems", work is underway to equip educational organizations with equipment for the implementation of educational programs in the field of unmanned systems, excluding preschool, secondary vocational and additional programs.
The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan carries out a number of activities within the framework of the national project "Culture". The main areas of activity include:
- Equipping educational institutions in the field of culture, including children's art schools and colleges.
- Purchase of mobile multifunctional centers (car clubs) to serve the rural population.
- Technical equipment of three museums in Yelabuga, Arsky and Tetyushsky municipal districts.
- Creation of model municipal libraries in Yelabuga, Drozhzhanovsky and Kukmor municipal districts.
- Equipment of the Kazan Academic Russian Bolshoi Drama Theater named after V. I. Kachalov.
- Implementation of cultural events: International Festival named after F. I. Chaliapin, the Rudolf Nureyev International Classical Ballet Festival, the Nauruz Theater and Educational Forum-festival, exhibition projects with the participation of federal museums, the All-Russian Competition of Young Performers.
- State support for the best municipal cultural institutions and their employees, the provision of grants to amateur creative teams.
- Digitization of book publications.
The Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, as part of the implementation of the national project "Education" in 2024, is taking measures to develop the infrastructure to support volunteerism. Various activities are being carried out within the framework of the regional project "Development of the youth support system", including educational and methodological events, a launch seminar for organizers of children's recreation, republican shifts, media forums, educational programs, festivals, competence centers and other events.
Within the framework of the implementation of the national project "Tourism and the hospitality industry" in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2024, several key areas can be identified:
1. Creation of modular non-capital accommodation facilities. This direction involves the creation of temporary or mobile facilities for tourists (for example, glamping, camping), which can be easily installed and dismantled without the need to erect capital structures, which helps to increase the number of places to accommodate tourists, increases the availability of tourist services and reduces the cost of building permanent facilities.
2. Support for the tourism industry. This measure is aimed at providing assistance to small and medium-sized businesses in the tourism sector through various forms of support, such as subsidies, grants, soft loans and other financial instruments.
3. Development of tourism infrastructure within the framework of projects of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. Here we are talking about supporting projects related to the creation and improvement of tourism infrastructure, such as the construction of roads to attractions, the arrangement of beaches, parking lots, recreation areas, etc.
Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Saria Sirazieva stressed the importance of interaction between various ministries for the successful implementation of national projects. She noted that effective coordination would make optimal use of allocated funding and resource opportunities. The participants of the meeting discussed the achievements and problems faced by the departments in the course of implementing the planned plans.
