The commission reviewed the materials of checks on the reliability and completeness of information on income, expenses, property and property obligations in relation to three employees of the Ministry. Based on the results of the commission meeting, it was decided to recommend to the employer's representative to bring one employee to disciplinary responsibility. To point out to two civil servants the strict compliance with the requirements of anti-corruption legislation in the future and the need to provide information on income, expenses, property and property obligations in strict accordance with the Methodological Recommendations.
The issue of updating the list of positions of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the replacement of which may be associated with corruption risks, when replacing which state civil servants are required to provide information about their income, expenses, property and property obligations of their spouse and minor children, decisions were made on the inclusion and exclusion of a number of positions.
At the end of the commission meeting, the notification of the employee about the emergence of personal interest in the performance of official duties, which may lead to a conflict of interest in connection with the opening of an individual investment account, was considered. The Commission recognized that there is no conflict of interest in the performance of official duties by a civil servant. At the same time, it should be borne in mind that the responsibility for compliance with the requirements of anti-corruption legislation is assigned to a civil servant, and not to a broker or management company.
