The Innovation Promotion Foundation accepts applications for the Start-Take-Off competition within the framework of the Start program
During the implementation of the competition, applied scientific research and experimental developments are carried out, which will allow testing the feasibility of scientific and technical approaches and solutions embedded in R&D to remove scientific and technical risks of the project as a whole, and will also allow assessing the possibility of creating a product in demand on the market at subsequent stages of the project.
Within the framework of the competition, projects are selected in the following thematic areas (lots):
- Н1. Digital technologies;
- Н2. Medicine and health-saving technologies;
- Н3. New materials and chemical technologies;
- Н4. New devices and intelligent manufacturing technologies;
- Н5. Biotechnologies;
- Н6. Resource-saving energy.
Only individuals can participate in the competition.
The amount of the grant provided by the Innovation Assistance Fund for the Start-Take-Off competition is up to 3 million rubles (extra-budgetary co-financing is not required).

Applications for the Start-Take-Off competition are accepted until September 18, 2023. You can apply for the competition on the Internet at http://online .fasie.ru by filling out all forms and attaching electronic forms of documents.
In the near future, the Innovation Assistance Fund plans to announce the start of accepting applications for the competitions: "Start-SOPR", "Start-CT-1", "Technostart-1", "Technostart-2", "Development-Electronics".
