As part of the implementation of the national project "Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship", the My Business Center, with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, opened the acceptance of applications for a service to provide free access to the electronic document management service for one calendar year. In 2022, the My Business Center accepted more than 200 applications for this support program.

Specialists of the Center "My Business" noted the importance of using electronic paperwork services by entrepreneurs. Electronic document management is a paperless way of organizing office work. With electronic paperwork acts, invoices, contracts, agreements, invoices and other documents are issued electronically and sent over the Internet. As a result, non-production costs are reduced, business processes are accelerated.

Electronic paperwork allows one to:

  • receive, create, process, send documents in digital form;
  • maintain an archive, form a single database of documents;
  • make transactions with counterparties from other cities;
  • sign contracts outside the office;
  • find and prepare packages of documents for reporting.

To participate in the support program from the My Business Center, you need to apply on the SME.RF Digital Platform in the section "Regional support measures", select the service "Providing free access to the electronic document management system".

The entrepreneur will be able to track the result of consideration of the application in his personal account on the Digital platform of SME.RF. You can get additional information about the service by calling the hotline number of the My Business Center: 8 (843) 524-90-90.

We remind you that the support programs are implemented on the basis of the Tatarstan center "My Business", within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship", which was initiated by the President and overseen by First Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov.
