Yakov Geller presented the Import Substitution Center in Irkutsk

Yakov Geller spoke at the BRIF 2022 forum in Irkutsk with the topic "Applied services of the Federal Electronic Trading Platform zakazrf.ru (FETP ZakazRF) - as a tool to promote import substitution". In the report, he presented the capabilities and functionality of the "Center for Import Substitution".

The presentation took place at the section "Import substitution", where the following topics were covered:

Resource marketing center;
Import substitution under sanctions;
Supply Chain Challenges on the Path to Technological Sovereignty;
Assistance to buyers and sellers under sanctions.
One of the topics of the report was devoted to the possibilities of the "Import Substitution Center", which allows collecting information on import-substituting products manufactured in the country, assisting customers whose activities depended on the import of components, goods, raw materials and equipment in search of replacement products.

"Center for Import Substitution" - tools of the Republican Marketing Center, created on the basis of the federal electronic trading platform of the Agency for State Orders at the initiative of the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan.

The Import Substitution Center contains proposals for manufacturing plants, small and medium-sized businesses that allow them to master the production of demanded products, and consists of two sections.

The first is the "Register of previously purchased products." The register allows manufacturers and sellers to analyze information on the production of similar import-substituting products. To date, the register has already included over 147 thousand nomenclature items of products.

The second is "Replacement Proposals". The section allows you to accumulate offers from manufacturers and sellers on the supply of necessary products and systematize information by product name, manufacturer's address, region of the country, and so on. Now it has about 132 thousand positions.
