Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan continues to implement the concept of development of industrial parks

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan will provide a subsidy to residents and management companies of accredited industrial parks to reimburse part of the cost of paying for the consumed electricity in 2021. The support measure is being implemented in accordance with the concept of improving the efficiency of industrial parks in Tatarstan.

Recall that the concept implies equalization of competitive opportunities between parks located in rural areas and large cities, where business activity is much higher and is aimed at increasing the occupancy of industrial parks.

In order to take advantage of these benefits, residents of industrial parks entered into agreements on the implementation of activities on the territory of the industrial (industrial) park with the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, management companies received appropriate accreditation from the Ministry of Economy.

The Ministry, in turn, carried out work to assess all infrastructure facilities created in the republic and identify those that meet the conditions for implementing the concept of industrial parks.

Within the framework of the concept for industrial park entrepreneurs, tax rates under the simplified tax system have been reduced, and full exemption from payment of transport tax and corporate property tax has been provided. In addition, residents and park management companies can count on a package of support measures, including the provision of preferential microloans, subsidizing part of electricity costs, and other support programs.

Thanks to the concept, since the beginning of the year, the number of employees in municipal industrial parks has increased by more than 2,000 people.
