Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a meeting of the working group on sustainable development of the economy
Within the framework of the meeting of the working group chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov with the participation of municipalities, issues on the main directions of ensuring sustainable economic development were considered.
Before moving on to the agenda, the minister noted that the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation had announced a new support tool. Enterprises will be able to receive an investment loan, for example, for the purchase of equipment or for the overhaul of production facilities, the launch of new production facilities for up to 10 years. The grace period is up to 5 years. During the grace period, at the current level of the key rate, small companies will be able to obtain loans for investment purposes at 4.5% per annum, and medium companies at 3%.
As part of the agenda, the meeting discussed the implementation of federal and republican anti-crisis measures to support small and medium-sized businesses, as well as the work of municipalities to fill the SME.RF Digital Platform.
The Minister recommended that municipalities intensify work to ensure the introduction of passports for services available to entrepreneurs on the SME.RF Digital Platform.
Also at the meeting, they discussed the work in the "Import substitution" block of the Republican Marketing Center, the transfer of socially significant services of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan into electronic form.
In addition, as part of the meeting of the working group, they discussed the implementation of performance indicators for the activities of local governments of municipal districts and urban districts of the republic for the 2nd quarter of 2022, as well as the results of the ranking of the socio-economic development of municipalities of the republic following the results of the 1st half of 2022.
