Training for Local Governments on Competition Promotion

By Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated April 17, 2019 No. 768-r, the Standard for the Development of Competition in the Subjects of the Russian Federation was approved, the purpose of which is to establish a systematic and uniform approach to activities aimed at developing competition at the regional and municipal level.

On 07/05/2022, training was held for local governments in the format of videoconferencing, the seminar covered the issue of implementing the requirements of the Competition Development Standard, which addressed questions about the latest key changes in legislation, the most common violations of the provisions of procurement legislation and liability for these violations in accordance with with the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses, as well as on bringing procurement activities in line with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
