Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a meeting of the working group on sustainable development of the economy
As part of the meeting of the working group chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov with the participation of municipalities, issues were considered in 5 main areas for ensuring sustainable economic development.
As part of the work of the working group, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov recalled that the implementation of measures to ensure the development of the social and labor sphere in the Republic of Tatarstan is under the control of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The situation on the labor market is characterized as relatively stable.
The minister drew the attention of line ministries and municipalities to the need to monitor organizations that are switching to part-time or downtime, as well as to the importance of analyzing the reasons for the growth of workers with wages below the minimum wage.
At the meeting, the issue of transferring mass socially significant services to electronic form was considered. Midkhat Shagiakhmetov instructed to promptly complete the work on the adoption of administrative regulations for the provision of municipal services.
The issues of development of TASED were also considered. At the moment, a Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation has been developed and will soon be submitted to the sectoral departments, according to which the TASED regime will be extended for two years for those who became residents in the second or third year of its creation. For them, the benefit will not be limited to the end of the term of the PSEDA itself. The measure will affect 105 companies of the Republic of Tatarstan. In addition, the Minister of Economy focused on strengthening work to increase the occupancy of industrial parks.
During the meeting, they discussed participation in measures to support small and medium-sized businesses. The need to involve business in federal and republican support measures, filling the Federal Digital Platform with information about services provided for business was noted once again.
At the meeting of the working group, the results of the work of enterprises in the Republican Marketing Center over the past week were considered.
On the third issue of the agenda, within the framework of improving the state of the investment climate of the Republic of Tatarstan, and, accordingly, the indicators of the National rating, we considered the topic of registration of rights and cadastral registration on the basis of a permit to commission an object, since these indicators have a negative trend. In order to substantively consider the current mechanism of interaction of the entire chain "applicant - local government" at the meeting, they heard the Department of Rosreestr for the Republic of Tatarstan.
Also at the meeting, within the framework of the agenda for ensuring sustainable development of the economy, the Tukaevsky municipal district and the sectoral ministries for growth reserves of the Tukaevsky municipal district were heard.
