An exporter from Tatarstan received a microloan from the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan at 0.1% per annum

The manufacturer of polypropylene pipes, fittings, stretch film and insulation LLC "Simple" from Tatarstan received a microloan from the Ministry of Economy of the Republic at the lowest possible percentage - 0.1%.

Simple LLC is a resident of the Nizhnekamsk industrial park. The company specializes in the production of polypropylene pipes and other products that meet international standards and have passed all the necessary tests and quality certification.

In January of this year, the company signed its first export contract for the supply of insulation to the Republic of Kazakhstan. The buyer was MXM Group LLP from Shymkent, the contract amount was $1.017 million. It was the impressive amount of the export agreement that made it possible to attract loan financing in the amount of 5 million rubles at the lowest possible rate - 0.1% per annum.

Recall, according to the terms of the “Export Development” microloan, implemented by the Tatarstan Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, export-oriented SMEs can receive from 300 thousand to 5 million rubles for up to 3 years with an interest rate of 0.1% to 9, 5% per annum, depending on the amount of the concluded export contract.

Comfortable conditions of the microfinance product allow entrepreneurs of the republic to find new markets for their products and ensure the execution of concluded export transactions. It should be noted that the microloan was included in the package of republican support measures in the face of sanctions pressure. Preferential support is implemented within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives".

Also, for entrepreneurs, a deferral of payment of the principal debt for up to 6 months is available. In addition, the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan provides a guarantee in the amount of up to 60% of the microloan amount.

Applications for microloans are accepted by the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.
