VI All-Russian contest of initiative budgeting projects has started

On April 1, 2022, the VI All-Russian competition of initiative budgeting projects started on the website www.budget4me.ru.

The competition is held in order to identify and disseminate the experience of the best Russian initiative budgeting projects implemented in 2021, as well as to stimulate the development of initiative budgeting in the Russian Federation.

Since 2020, the organizer of the competition is the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Research Financial Institute of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation".

The winners of the competition will be determined in four categories:

- "public participation";

- "public partnership";

- "the most innovative project";

- "project of school and youth initiative budgeting".

The competition will be held in two stages.

Stage 1 - submission of applications for participation in the competition of projects and voting for projects will be available until June 15, 2022;

Stage 2 - selection of winners by the competition commission from 25 projects that meet the criteria of the competition and have gained the majority according to the results of voting on the budget4me.ru portal.

The official summing up will take place in September 2022.
