Small and medium businesses will be able to purchase new software products with a 50% discount

The Ministry of Digital Development, Telecommunications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation announces the start of a new selection of cloud software for participation in the digitalization program for small and medium-sized businesses. Rights holders can apply on the public services portal.

The program of the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia allows representatives of small and medium-sized businesses to purchase software from Russian manufacturers at half the price. Preferential conditions are implemented by compensating 50% of the cost of a license to software manufacturers from the federal budget. Currently, more than 130 software products from 29 Russian manufacturers are available.

Entrepreneurs do not need to provide additional documents and reporting to receive support measures. The company makes a purchase in the usual way on the manufacturer's website. The only requirement is to be in the SME register.

“The program has shown a high demand both among software copyright holders and among representatives of small and medium-sized businesses. To date, the latter have already acquired about 300,000 licenses. This year we will be able to help a much larger number of companies – we provide twice as much funding, about 2 billion rubles,” said Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko.

“In the new selection it was decided to focus on software that directly affects business performance. We are waiting for applications from the copyright holders of ERP, CRM, specialized software necessary for small and medium-sized businesses: for example, manufacturing companies, hotels, car services, restaurants - solutions that increase productivity, improve quality, and reduce costs, ”said Maxim Parshin, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Digital Development.

The program is implemented within the framework of the federal project "Digital Technologies" of the national program "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation". The operator of the support measure is the Russian Fund for the Development of Information Technologies.
