The Prime Minister of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts.

Midkhat Shagiakhmetov said that monitoring of the situation in terms of retail sales of durable goods, as well as daily operational monitoring of availability and prices in pharmacy chains, continues in the republic.

Trade enterprises are provided with essential goods, he said, the work of marketplaces continues as usual, orders are fulfilled as before. The range of products is sufficient.

The current situation on the labor market in the region is also stable.

To ensure the smooth operation of enterprises today, import substitution is the most important, the minister stressed. To address this issue, the platform for import substitution based on the Republican Marketing Center has been improved.

Weekly monitoring and evaluation of the financial and economic state of the republican backbone organizations continues in the republic.

The Minister of Economy announced the main support measures for backbone enterprises.

Thus, a number of financial measures are provided for large Tatarstan companies included in the federal list. These are subsidies, state guarantees, preferential loans for agricultural enterprises, industrial and trade organizations. Also, for large enterprises, it is envisaged to establish a mechanism for adapting interest rates on loans with a floating rate.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan has developed an Action Plan to promote the implementation of investment projects implemented on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, and an interactive form of data collection. Conducted an inventory of priority investment projects; organization of interaction with enterprises on the implementation of projects; ranking projects by stages of implementation.

Of the 178 priority investment projects, only 14 are behind schedule.

The head of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan said that a meeting was held with representatives of credit organizations, which was attended by representatives of the Prosecutor of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the manager of the branch of the National Bank for the Republic of Tatarstan. Measures to support entrepreneurs were discussed. Thus, 130 applications for the amount of 1,029.9 million rubles have been submitted for loan holidays since the launch of the program. Of these, 88 applications were approved in the amount of 533.5 million rubles.

Entrepreneurs have the opportunity to restructure loans under intra-bank programs. Currently, 548 applications have been submitted, of which 168 applications have been approved.

Separately, he dwelled on the program of concessional lending for agricultural producers (the program is being implemented by the Government of Russia). Thus, representatives of the agro-industrial complex of the republic submitted 75 applications in the amount of 3,949.9 million rubles. Of these, 48 applications were approved.

At the federal level, there are a number of preferential lending programs for SME Corporation JSC, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.

Under the Investment program implemented by the SME Corporation, 10 applications were submitted for the amount of 1,050.2 million rubles. Under the Revolving Program implemented by the Central Bank of Russia, 687 applications were submitted for the amount of 6,912.6 million rubles.

The program of concessional lending 1764 has been resumed with comparable rates up to 15% per annum. 22 credit institutions will participate in the program.
