The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed the implementation of the Federal Law of July 31, 2020 No. 248-FZ "On state control (supervision) and municipal control in the Russian Federation" following the results of 2021

On January 17, 2022, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia organized a meeting via videoconference using the Zoom program with the heads of regional working groups on the status of the development of regulatory legal acts of the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, local governments necessary for the implementation of the Federal Law of July 31, 2020 No. 248-FZ “On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation”.

The meeting was chaired by Alexander Vdovin, Director of the Department of State Policy in the Sphere of Licensing of Control and Supervisory Activities, Accreditation and Self-Regulation. From the side of the Republic of Tatarstan, the meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan - Executive Secretary of the Regional Working Group Natalya Kondratova.

Alexander Vdovin in his report announced the statistics of implementation in the regions of the adoption of regulations and prevention programs. 73 constituent entities of the Russian Federation adopted 100% of the provisions on the types of municipal control. Subjects of the Russian Federation accepted 94% of the programs for the prevention of risks of causing harm (damage) to legally protected values. Result by the end of 2021, the Republic of Tatarstan adopted regulations and prevention programs by 100%.

The participants discussed the problematic issues that the executive secretaries of the regional working groups had when implementing Federal Law No. 248-FZ, including when submitting information in the monitoring.ar.gov.ru information system.

Alexander Vdovin announced the work plan for 2022 regarding the implementation of measures to approve the list of indicators of the risk of violation of mandatory requirements by types of municipal control, key and indicative indicators of types of control, checklists.
