More than 100 residents of the region learned the basics of business under the program "Women's Entrepreneurship" from the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan
From October 23 to December 4, 2021, an educational program for creating a business "Women's entrepreneurship" was implemented on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. For 7 weeks, the participants studied online and offline with existing experts and female entrepreneurs in order to implement author's projects - from an idea to an existing business.
17 experienced entrepreneurs acted as mentors – Yulia Ershova, the head of the production of metal products "Forging"; Irina Kupryakhina, the founder of the Sewing Workshop IRENE LLC; Tatiana Nikonova, the founder and head of the network of family dance and yoga studios "Vanya Gog" and others.
Upon completion of the training, the graduates received state-issued diplomas on the completion of the program on the basics of entrepreneurship and presented the best projects at the final event in front of the expert commission. The winner of the graduation business defense was the founder of the production of chocolate without sugar, milk and gluten "Premium" - Elvina Fonakova, silver from the owner of the swimwear store Angela Vasilyeva, Internet marketer Svetlana Fedulova (German) closed the top three leaders.
During the training, the participants studied the technologies of searching and evaluating business ideas, the basics of marketing, the system of working with personnel, developed an economic business model, a promotion strategy and packaged ideas into existing projects. 20 graduates started a business from scratch during the course.
The program was implemented within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative" and the regional project "Popularization of Entrepreneurship" in the Republic of Tatarstan by the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
