From November 8 to November 23, 2021, the project "Take an Idea to action" for students of grades 5-8 was held at the KidSpace children's playground with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the My Business Center of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Focusing not on theoretical knowledge, but on their practical application, the mentors helped the teenagers to form a positive attitude and an optimally easy approach to understanding what private business is and what it takes to become an entrepreneur.
For better assimilation of the material, the course was developed in the format of a business game. The key aspect of the lessons was the development of their first entrepreneurial project by the students: they independently created a business plan for a startup, and also tried to create (although still in theory) a new product and a strategy for its promotion, as well as creative advertising proposals, learned how to make presentations. In the course of classes, teenagers were able to learn their strengths and weaknesses, discover natural talents and identify skills that they will have to work deeper on.
The first entrepreneurial experience has been gained. We are sure that the students who have completed the "Take an idea to action" course will use the knowledge and skills they have gained and successfully bring their brightest ideas to life. Teachers and parents expressed gratitude to the organizers, highly appreciating the quality of the project, and wished that such courses were held more often and with greater coverage. After all, the private business of the Republic needs a strong qualitative change - this is the main investment of adults and the state in future development.
