Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a round table with representatives of motorway service
As part of a working visit to Novosheshminsky district, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Sirazeev met with representatives of motorway service and visited road infrastructure facilities. The Deputy Minister also inspected the industrial enterprises of the district and met with the entrepreneurial body.
Roadside cafes of three individual entrepreneurs are located on the way to Novosheshminsk. Entrepreneurs employ more than 50 people, they develop projects - construction of other roadside infrastructure facilities is planned next to the cafe: a auto-, a construction shop, a summer cafe. At a meeting with entrepreneurs, the Deputy Minister noted that one of the priorities in this industry is to attract investment in the construction of motorway service facilities, and also spoke about the measures in place in the region to support and develop business.
After that Ravil Sirazeev visited the socially significant enterprise of the Novosheshminsky district OOO "SLOBODA"Novosheshminsky SOM plant". The company was founded in 2017. The production capacity of the enterprise allows processing 75 tons of milk per day from local producers and farms. OOO SLOBODA produces milk (except raw), dairy products - skimmed milk powder, farm butter, spreads. The company annually modernizes and increases its production capacity. So, in 2019-2020, work was carried out on the reconstruction and repair of industrial buildings, the installation of a refrigeration unit was completed this year, the sewerage system is being reconstructed, it is planned to replace a new boiler room, as well as landscaping. At the same time, the company does not work at full capacity and designates a shortage of raw materials as one of the problematic issues, and the issues of providing subsidies to agricultural producers were also discussed at the meeting.
The next point of visit was IC "Chishma". The company is increasing its momentum for the development of an investment project for the cultivation of sea buckthorn. The garden laid out in 2018-2019 under the project of the Federal Altai Scientific Center of Agrobiotechnology on an area of 24 hectares this year yielded the first harvest. This year, an additional 6.000 honeysuckle seedlings have been planted. The total amount of investment in this project, including the purchase of seedlings, specialized equipment, refrigeration equipment, repair of premises will amount to more than 50 million rubles, it is planned to create an additional 18 jobs. The reconstruction of the production building for the organization of fruit and vegetable processing continues. The construction of a shopping center with an area of 450 sq.m. has also begun.
The Deputy Minister also examined the private farm. Farmer Alexander Kozlov in 2015 founded a farm specializing in the production of livestock products - cattle breeding, milk production and crop production. Every year the farm increases the production of milk, meat; conducts fruitful work to increase the number of livestock. The farm is interested in obtaining products of the highest quality, therefore it uses rational feeding of cattle, creates all the necessary conditions for this. The production capacity of the farm allows to produce up to 3 tons of milk per day. The farmer plans to invest in the construction of a dairy farm for 70 cattle.
At the end of the visit, a meeting was held with representatives of the asset of the municipal district, where they discussed the current economic situation, existing problematic issues and growth reserves.
After that, the Deputy Minister met with the business community of the district. On the agenda is the provision of state support measures – microloans, grants, subsidies, guarantees, consulting and other non-financial services aimed at supporting and strengthening business. They also discussed the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the district.
