From October 30 to November 27, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan launches an online program for "young business" to scale up through a franchise in Tatarstan. Training is available for entrepreneurs who have been operating in the republic for less than one year.
The mentors will be businessmen and experts on commercial concessions, including the founder of the company "HOHORO" - Ilnar Shamsutdinov. The mentor will share his experience of building a team of 150 people and selling 1.500 franchises to 6 countries.
During the training, participants will analyze the market and determine the prospects for development in a given segment. They will study topics on creating a franchise network, consider legal aspects, learn how to develop a franchise book and master new tools for attracting customers and scaling business. The program "Factory. Franchises" is accredited by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
At the end of the training, participants will receive a state diploma of additional education, confirming the development of the program; the opportunity to present their business project to an expert commission; analysis of cases of existing franchises; excursions and business reviews of existing organizations; environment of active businessmen and useful acquaintances.
The program is implemented within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative" and the regional project "Popularization of Entrepreneurship" in the Republic of Tatarstan by the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
