The Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan accepts applications from restaurant owners for free use of the tools to manage delivery services

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan together with Ak Bars Bank, Open Service Company and the Association of Restaurant owners and Hoteliers of the Republic of Tatarstan launched a project-a single tool for managing GeCo delivery services. The Business Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, subordinate to the Ministry, is already accepting applications for free use of the tool. Currently, 12 Tatarstan and 46 Russian restaurants in Russia are already working in this program.

The IT solution combines the cash register system, sales channels and delivery services in one window. With GeCo, restaurant owners can collect orders from all sales channels for delivery in a single GeCo account.

The service provides entrepreneurs in the field of public catering with access to the analysis of the effectiveness of sales channels to identify the most effective ones.

In addition, the restaurant owner will be able to transfer orders for delivery directly to the accounting system, as well as a call center for their further distribution to kitchens in different parts of the city. Orders are uploaded automatically — you do not need to manually enter them from each personal account or from the site where the order came from.

The service allows one to connect courier services to automate logistics and send orders from the cash terminal to a taxi, independently tracking the delivery statuses. Third-party delivery services can take over some of the orders - for example, during rush hours, in order to unload their own couriers. Or one can use only third-party services and not keep his staff couriers.

An entrepreneur will also be able to manage the menu of all sales channels in a single window, integrate external loyalty systems or use an internal loyalty system in GeCo, connect online acquiring in a few clicks. This will allow guests to make an order and pay for it directly on the website, and couriers will not travel with terminals or with change for cash payment.

The Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan accepts applications from businesses for free use of the service for up to three months. Restaurant owners will have enough time to get acquainted with the capabilities of GeCo and evaluate the effectiveness of this solution.
