Laishevsky district has retained its leadership in the rating of socio-economic development of municipalities of the republic

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan has formed a monthly rating evaluating the socio-economic development of municipal districts and urban districts of the region, based on the results of 7 months of 2021. In the overall rating for January-July of this year, the leading positions were retained by Laishevsky (1st place), Almetyevsky (2nd place) and Nizhnekamsk municipal districts (3rd place).

Aznakayevsky and Nurlatsky municipal districts rose in the rating by 5 positions. These positive changes are due to an increase in the purchasing power of wages, a decrease in the unemployment rate. As for the unemployment rate, according to the results of 7 months, there was also a slight decrease in relation to the results of the half-year – from 0.96% to 0.9%. In 35 municipalities, this indicator is lower than the national average. At the same time, the lowest unemployment rate was registered in Menzelinsky (0.21%), Aktanyshsky and Kaibitsky (0.22% each) municipal districts, the highest – in Kazan and Bavly municipal district (1.33% each) and Nurlatsky municipal district (1.23%).

Per capita, the volume of shipped products averaged 548.7 thousand rubles in the republic, among the municipalities of the republic, the highest results in this indicator are in Almetyevsk (3494.0 thousand rubles), Nizhnekamsk (1445.5 thousand rubles) and Novosheshminsky (1285.3 thousand rubles) municipal districts.

In January-July 2021, 0.407 square meters of the total housing area per capita were put into operation in the Republic of Tatarstan. The largest housing area per capita was introduced in Pestrechinsky (3.296 square meters), Laishevsky (2.559 square meters) and Tukayevsky (1.767 square meters) municipal districts.
