From January 1, the volume of purchases from MSPs will increase under Law No. 223-FZ

The Government of the Russian Federation has approved a resolution in support of the SMSP. The mandatory share of participation of such entities in procurement will increase. The total annual volume of purchases from them will be at least 25% instead of 20%. At the same time, the share of the cost of contracts with MSPs based on the results of purchases, in which only these entities can participate, will increase from 18% to 20% (sub-s. 3 of "b" of paragraph 1 of the amendments).

Almost all customers were obliged to reach the minimum according to the Law N 223-FZ instead of separate categories. Only a legal entity from part 2 of Article 1 of this Law will not be able to apply, if they are MSPs (sub-s "a" of paragraph 1 of the amendments).
