Rustem Sibgatullin met with the delegation of the Republic of Crimea within the framework of KazanSummit 2021
First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Sibgatullin met with the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Crimea Dmitry Sheryako in the framework of the XII The International Economic Forum "Russia – the Islamic World: KazanSummit 2021". The delegation visited the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
As part of the business visit, guests from the Crimea visited the House of an Entrepreneur of the Republic of Tatarstan, during which specialists of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted an excursion, shared their development experience, told about the main programs and measures to support business implemented by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the meeting, the parties discussed measures to support SMEs provided in the Republic of Tatarstan. Our colleagues from the Crimea were particularly interested in such a support tool as preferential microloans for small and medium-sized businesses.
In Tatarstan, the following microfinance programs are available for representatives of small and medium-sized businesses: "Reset" – a loan for all entrepreneurs, "Single-industry towns" – a loan is available for entrepreneurs doing business in the monoterritories of the republic, "Development" – a loan focused on investment projects, "Exporter" for export-oriented SMEs, "Social Entrepreneur" – for social sector businesses and "Self-employed" to support payers of "Professional Income Tax".
"We are always happy to share with our colleagues the best practices for improving the investment climate and developing entrepreneurship, which allows us to create uniform business conditions throughout the country. In addition, we ourselves are interested in the relevant experience of the Russian regions. We are ready to test and adapt effective management solutions of other subjects of the country, global trends in Tatarstan," saidRustem Sibgatullin.
