The Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan got acquainted with the work of enterprises of the Baltasinsky district
Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Sirazeev paid a working visit to Baltasinsky district. During the visit, Sirazeev examined the production enterprises of the municipality, and also identified a number of issues that require the participation of the Ministry of Economy in their solution.
The main structure of the district's economy is agricultural production. There are 20 agricultural enterprises in the district and more than 90 peasant farms that produce milk, grain, potatoes, meat, etc. The visit of the Deputy Minister began with a visit to the budget-forming enterprise of the district, where more than 90% of industrial products are produced of the Baltasinsky Butter and Dairy Plant, a branch of Archa OOO.
The plant is a modern production facility, employing 283 people. According to the results of last year, the company produced 3.6 thousand tons of butter, 11 thousand tons of different types of cheese, 5 thousand tons of dry whey and more than 43 tons of cottage cheese. This year, the company continues to implement an investment project – the reconstruction of treatment facilities. The total cost of the project is 210 million rubles, to date, work has been completed in the amount of 90 million rubles.
The next object examined Ravil Sirazeev became another dairy complex of "Tatarstan" OOO agricultural enterprise. The total area of agricultural land of the entreprise is 4507 hectares. The company sells up to 32 tons of animal products daily, receiving up to 31 kg of milk from each cow per day. The farm has 3.231 heads of cattle, the number of horses is 175 heads. The agricultural enterprise employs 199 people. Currently, "Tatarstan" OOO agricultural enterprise is implementing an investment project to put into operation the 2nd stage of a new dairy complex for 1.600 heads of dairy cows with a feed center, the project cost is 150 million rubles.
In Khakimzyanov Agricultural Enterprise Sirazeev got acquainted with the process of rearing broiler chickens. Until 2020, Khakimzyanov Ayrat was engaged in the withdrawal and sale of only daily chickens, for the purpose of further expansion, he purchased an empty cowshed with an area of 1.500 square meters in the village of Biktyashevo and began to grow and sell broiler chickens.
The Deputy Minister also got acquainted with the activities of the residents of the Baltasiagrokhimservis industrial site. The site is provided with a full range of engineering communications, including a well-developed road network, electricity, water supply, and sanitation facilities. The total area of the industrial site is 3.4 hectares. 5 residents operate at the infrastructure support facility.
In particular, Baltasiagrokhimservis, OOO the company is engaged in the extraction and primary processing of limestone and gypsum stone. The second resident – Selkhozkhimiya, OOO is engaged in transportation. Fertility, OOO is engaged in cultivation of grain crops. Another resident company, Agrokhimservis, OOO sells fertilizers and agrochemical products by wholesale. There is also a private dental office on the site.
It was noted that for the effective operation of the residents of the management company, for the construction and repair of production facilities funding is required. Ravil Sirazeev recalled that the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan has developed a comprehensive approach to support managers and residents of industrial parks and sites. According to the concept, residents of industrial parks can count on a package of support measures, including: subsidizing the interest rate on loans, providing a "Construction" loan for the development of the infrastructure of the industrial park up to 30 million rubles at 5% for a period of up to 5 years, preferential microloans; subsidizing part of the cost of electricity.
