Tatarstan hosted first Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan meeting in 2021

All four submitted projects received a positive assessment from the members of the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.

President of the Republic of Tatarstan  Rustam Minnikhanov held the first meeting of the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan this year. The meeting was attended by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin and First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Sibgatullin.

As Minnikhanov noted, despite the difficulties Tatarstan continues to attract investors and help them in new projects implementation. Within the framework of today's meeting, the implementation of five investment projects was discussed.

"Creation of the hotel and resort complex "Pearl of Dingez" project was presented first. The project involves the construction of a hotel and resort complex in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan – in the Kamsko-Ustinsky municipal district (Kamskoye Ustye rural town). The presentation was done by the Director of OOO "Pearl of Dingez"  Vyacheslav Makashin.

According to Rustam Minnikhanov, the Kamskoye Ustie has great potential, and this project can become one of the "anchor" ones for the tourist component of the district. From the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan he instructed to monitor the project and its implementation to the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Tourism.

The second presented was "Creation of a modern agricultural complex on the territory of the Tukayevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan" project . The General Director of the Voroshilovsky branch of OOO Agrofirma Anyak Maxim Ionychev acquainted those present with the implementation of the project. It is planned to create an agricultural complex, which will include such areas as an elevator for storing and selecting the grain, a mooring wall for shipping agricultural crops by water transport, a plant for processing agricultural crops (rapeseed, soy, and sunflower), etc.

Next, a project for the construction of a logistics industrial park in the city of Agryz of the Republic of Tatarstan was presented. The project was reported by the director of OOO ZUR Marat Shafigullin.

The Egerge Park (investor – OOO ZUR) provides the following services: railway wagons processing; railway trains formation; inspection and preparation of railway wagons; wagons parking. The railway services of the industrial site will be in demand by large industrial enterprises of Tatarstan (TANECO, TAIF, Nizhnekamskneftekhim, Mendeleevskazot), as well as enterprises of neighboring regions.

Leysan Sharafeev, General Director of the Management Company OOO "Industrial Park Zelenodolsk", presented the "Creation of the industrial park "Sviyazhsk Interregional Multimodal Logistics Center" project.

Representative of Etalon company (construction and development) Yuri Borodin spoke about the investment project for the construction of a residential complex in Nizhnekamsk. He briefly introduced Etalon Company: he has 30 years of experience in the construction market, projects have been implemented in 59 cities of the country, and 7.5 million square meters have been commissioned since the company was founded.

During the meeting of the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, all projects were approved.
