Thanks to the national project, children's hospitals in Tatarstan have become more comfortable

Construction of the Center for pediatric Oncology is under way and seven new FMSs have opened in the republic.

In 2020, the Republic of Tatarstan participated in the implementation of 50 federal (regional) projects within the framework of 11 national projects. In the field of medicine, special attention was paid to children's polyclinics. Within the framework of "Healthcare" national project, 31 hospitals of the republic used organizational and planning solutions that made the children's stay more comfortable. 

In addition, seven new feldsher-midwife stations were built in the republic and the construction of a Center for Pediatric Oncology, Hematology and Surgery was started in Kazan.  

In the field of urban land improvement, the republic has also made a step forward. Within the "Housing and Urban Environment" national project, 51 objects of the urban environment were improved last year, and more than 268 km of roads were brought into a standard condition within the "Safe and high-quality automobile roads" national project. 

To improve the environment in Tatarstan 12 sewage treatment plants and storm sewers has been built and reconstructed. Within the framework of the "Ecology" national project, land with oil-containing pollution in the village of Shemordan was reclaimed, and unauthorized landfills in the village of Prosti and the city of Menzelinsk are in the process of elimination.
