The meeting of the working group on ensuring the sustainable development of the republic's economy was held at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan

The development of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship financing for 2021-2022, the work of the "Process Factory" and other issues were discussed via video conference at a meeting of the working group on ensuring sustainable development of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Before proceeding to the agenda, it was mentioned that the Bank of Russia, taking into account the proposals of the business community, has prepared a roadmap for the development of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship financing in 2021-2022. The roadmap includes the improvement of traditional credit instruments for financial support of SME, as well as the promotion of those that have started to develop recently. The roadmap includes activities with implementation dates and expected results in the following areas:

- development of bank lending to SME;

- programs of concessional financing of small and medium-sized enterprises;

- statistical information of the Bank of Russia;

- digital profile, remote identification, fast payment system;

- stock market instruments, development of financial services for SME;

- development of microfinance for SME;

- improving the financial literacy and awareness of SME.

The first item on the agenda of the meeting was informing about the work of the "Process Factory". The Regional Competence Center of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of labor productivity was the first to pass the certification of the Federal Competence Center within the framework of "Labor Productivity" national project .

One of the points of certification is the evaluation of the work of the "Process Factory". The "Process Factory" was established in 2020 to provide practical training for employees of enterprises participating in the national project. This is a modern training production site where participants gain experience in the use of lean production tools, as well as learn the mechanisms that affect the improvement of operational and economic indicators of production.

Marat Akhmerov, Director of the Center for Energy-saving Technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan at the CM of the Republic of Tatarstan, made a detailed report on the "Process Factory".

The second issue on the agenda was the annual preparation by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan of a report on the  competition development in the republic, which also includes data on achieving the targets of the Roadmap for Promoting Competition. According to the results of the annual report of the subjects, a rating of the regions according to the level of promotion of competition is formed.

Reports on the achievement of indicators of the Roadmap for the promotion of competition for the year 2020 and the report on the implementation of the best recommended practices for regional development competition were made by: the Ministry of health of the Republic of Tatarstan, State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on tourism, the Ministry of culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for biological resources. Representatives of the Nizhnekamsk and Tetyushsky districts also informed about the implementation of the corresponding Roadmap.
