Interaction between executive authorities and public representatives of ASI was discussed at a meeting at the Ministry of Economy

Today, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting with public representatives of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects. Representatives of ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan also took part in the event.

Dinar Shakirov, Head of the Investment and Innovation Activity Department of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, addressed the meeting participants with a welcoming speech. He noted that Tatarstan is actively cooperating with the Agency for Strategic Initiatives. The republic traditionally takes part in competitions and pilot projects of the ASI, in particular, in the All-Russian competition of best practices and initiatives for socio-economic development of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, in the “Smart Evolution” competition, in the Digital solutions competition for regions, in the “Entrepreneurship in Russia: History, Problems, Successes”, in the projects “Library of smart solutions “Smarteka”, “Human resources of the future for regions”, “100 leaders of technology development”, “Regional standard of staffing for industrial growth in the Republic of Tatarstan”. In addition, the Boiling Point communication platform was opened in Kazan on the basis of the IT park.

Dinar Shakirov noted that despite difficult times, the Ministry is trying to support Tatarstan projects as much as possible. Within the framework of the forum “Strong Ideas for the New Time”, the “Verified Business” project was presented to Russian President Vladimir Putin. Also, the forum was attended by the team of the project “Zvezdnayastrana.rf - removal of restrictions for a full life of socially vulnerable children with congenital and acquired pathologies”.

A new project, launched recently, is the National Social Initiative. It is aimed at satisfying the needs of a person in the social sphere, including increasing his satisfaction with the services provided, providing solutions to problems in life situations in the spheres of health care, education and social support for people piloted within the framework of the national social initiative; sharing best social practices. To implement the mechanisms of national social initiative on the territory of the republic in Tatarstan, a Project Office was approved.

Within the framework of the meeting, the participants discussed issues on interaction of the executive bodies of state power of the republic with public representatives and issues on socio-economic initiatives supervised by public representatives for their further promotion on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.

For reference: There are 10 public representatives of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives in Tatarstan in the following areas: education and personnel, youth entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship and technology, tourism, social projects.

Their tasks at the regional level are:

- involvement of initiative citizens in generation, support and implementation of ideas and projects in the interests of their business, industry, region and country, promotion of leadership projects and support of the Agency's initiatives in the region;

- search for the best practices of social and economic development;

- coordination of the work of the Agency's regional expert groups;

- organization of activities of informal clubs for strategic initiatives, professional, industry and other clubs on the territory of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
