In 2020, Tatarstan entrepreneurs received financial support for more than 3 billion rubles through the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. The support was provided within the framework of implementation of state programs, the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives”.
482 million rubles were allocated from the federal budget, 1 billion rubles from the budget of the republic, the rest of the funds were allocated at the expense of the capital of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2020.
More than 1,200 organizations and individual entrepreneurs of the republic were able to take advantage of financial support.
So, this year 670 microloans were approved in the amount of 1.2 billion rubles. In 2020, the microfinance product program was expanded. Entrepreneurs who were not included in the list of the most affected but lost up to 30% of profits, entrepreneurs from single-industry towns, residents of industrial parks and industrial sites, entrepreneurs from the real sector of the economy, investors, start-up entrepreneurs - students and graduates of universities, self-employed could count on support measures. The greatest demand was for the microfinance product “Reboot” (for entrepreneurs from the real sector of the economy) and “1%” (for entrepreneurs who were not included in the list of the most affected, but lost up to 30% of profits), developed by the Entrepreneurship Support Fund.
The republic's guarantee fund supported 325 entrepreneurs. The guarantees allowed business representatives to raise debt financing for 7.4 billion rubles.
In 2020, entrepreneurs received leasing support for 277.2 million rubles. The support was provided by the Regional Leasing Company of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Also, one of the most demanded measures among entrepreneurs was subsidies. So this year,% of the interest rate on loans to entrepreneurs in the total amount of 100 million rubles and the costs associated with payment for services for the delivery of food and meal, for a total amount of 28 million rubles were subsidized.
Most of the financial programs will continue to be implemented in 2021. Each of the programs is aimed at supporting small and medium-sized businesses at all stages of their formation and development.
