The meeting of the working group on ensuring sustainable development of the republic's economy was held in the videoconferencing mode at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was attended by members of the working group, representatives of municipal regions and urban districts of Tatarstan.
The agenda of the meeting is the extension of a number of support measures for businesses affected by the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic until 2021. The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia has compiled a list of industries that will be provided with an additional deferral to pay previously transferred taxes. In particular, we are talking about the sphere of leisure, children's clubs, film screenings, tourism. From October 1, they must pay those taxes that were carried forward at the end of the first quarter. The due date will be shifted by a quarter.
In addition, it is planned to extend in 2021 the possibility of obtaining support for entrepreneurs who trade in excisable goods.
As another measure, the moratorium on inspections for small and micro businesses is being extended. The relevant documents are already in the work of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
Also within the framework of the meeting, the Ministry of Digital Development of the State Administration of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan made a presentation on achievement of the indicators of a unified plan for achieving the national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024 and for the planning period until 2030, the reports of municipalities on results of monitoring consumer prices and the availability of essential goods in trade organizations, property support for entrepreneurship, the transition of entrepreneurs from UTII to other taxation regimes and the involvement of citizens in implementation of the special tax regime “Tax on professional income” were also delivered.
