The digital project of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan “Proverennyi Biznes (Verified Business)” will be replicated in other regions of the country

The Internet resource on the issues of interaction between business and supervisory authorities “Verified Business”, implemented with support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, will be replicated in the Novgorod and Belgorod regions.

The project is aimed at reducing administrative pressure on small businesses, preventing violations of supervisory requirements and promoting self-employment. “Verified Business” also provides an opportunity to receive free information and consulting assistance on the current legal framework in the field of entrepreneurship and control and supervisory activities, including expert explanations and applied instructions in these areas. During the year, more than 4,000 entrepreneurs and 2,000 individuals received consultations on the resource.

Today, the Internet resource “Verified Business” is represented by an expert office with a call center, as well as several digital platforms - the provbiz.ru website, the Provbiz and Self-Employment mobile applications.

The main content of the site is reminders about typical violations of entrepreneurs, which are revealed by the supervisory authorities of Tatarstan, grouped by all types of entrepreneurial activity. The portal also contains practical guidance on how to prevent violations of supervisory requirements and is a tool for promptly informing businesses about the supervisory legislation in force in Russia, as well as increasing the legal literacy of entrepreneurs.

“Verified Business” was recognized by the “Agency for Strategic Initiatives” as the best practice for socio-economic development for 2019. The project from Tatarstan won among more than a thousand practices proposed from other 79 regions of Russia. The winning practice was posted on “Smartek” - a digital platform for exchange of effective management decisions of regions on socio-economic development, which made it possible to replicate the resource to other constituent entities of the country.
