A second register of non-profit organizations has been published, which will be provided with additional support measures. The list of NPOs is posted on the website of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.

Organizations included in the register are exempt from taxes, advance payments of taxes (excluding VAT), insurance contributions to state extra-budgetary funds for the 2nd quarter of 2020, and lease payments under federal property contracts from April 1 to July 1, 2020, receive a deferral of renting state, municipal or commercial property. For organizations included in the register, tax incentives for participation in the charity of legal entities are expanding.

In addition, preferential loans at 2% are available to organizations included in the register. SONPO can direct the received money to carry out activities, including the payment of wages to employees, or repay previously taken loans, including interest-free loan for payment of labor. For organizations that retain at least 90% of their employees, the loan will be written off with interest - the entire amount will be paid by the state.

The second register includes private educational organizations licensed for educational activities, non-profit organizations that are charitable organizations and NPOs that have received grants in the fields of science, education, culture and art and are not subject to taxation.

About 300 non-profit organizations of Tatarstan can count on state support measures. This is more than 200 NPOs from Kazan, about 50 - Naberezhnye Chelny, about 50 - from other districts of the republic. The overwhelming majority of NPOs in the republic are private institutions of pre-school, additional, secondary, secondary vocational and higher education, religious organizations, and charitable foundations.

Let us recall that in the first decade of June the first register of NPOs was formed, which will provide additional support measures. It included more than 600 non-profit organizations of the republic.
