Opportunities for exchange-traded bonds to attract investment in business will be discussed at a business meeting

13 February 2020, Thursday

On February 28, representatives of the Moscow Exchange, GrottBjorn Financial Atelier and the Analytical Credit Rating Agency will hold a business seminar on topic: “Issuing exchange-traded bonds for industry leaders: new opportunities and prospects”.

Heads of business and financial services and enterprises of Tatarstan are invited to talk about how to attract additional capital for development or restructuring of existing loans through the issuance of own bonds.

During the meeting, participants will discuss the advantages and specifics of this tool for business development, its cost and possibility of obtaining subsidies for the costs associated with issuing bonds.

Let us recall that small and medium-sized businesses can offset part of the cost of issuing exchange-traded bonds and paying a coupon on them. The federal budget subsidizes up to 70% of coupon payments on bonds and up to 1.5 million rubles on bonds. Services for subsidizing part of the costs of issuing bonds and paying coupon income on them for entrepreneurs of Tatarstan are provided by the Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic.

The seminar will be held by:

Ruslan Fattykhov, Director of the Volga branch of the Moscow Exchange

Evgeny Antipin, Head of the Volga representative office of GrottBjorn Financial Atelier

Aleksandr Gushchin, Deputy Director of the Corporate Ratings Group, Analytical Credit Rating Agency
