The project of the Ministry of economy is recognized as the best practice of control and supervision in Russia
The analytical center under the Government of the Russian Federation summed up the results of the annual contest of best practices "Checkpoint-2019".
Projects on digitalization of control and supervision activities, application of risk-oriented approach, as well as projects aimed at improving state control were submitted for the competition. The main objectives of the competition are the development of control and supervision practices, the expansion of areas of interaction between state control and Supervisory bodies and the exchange of best practices.
This year, the contest participants were Federal Executive authorities, regional and municipal authorities and interested organizations.
The practice of the Republic of Tatarstan was recognized as the best: the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan was awarded a diploma of 1 degree in the category "automation of control and supervision activities in the regions" for the project "External regional module "Prevention" in the TOP of the CND".
The main task of the module "Prevention" is to introduce a system of evaluation of preventive measures with common indicators and their further rating into the work of control bodies. The plugin was developed as an additional resource to the Federal system of TCS CSA. Its goal is to create a single information space in the sphere of state supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan for the prevention of violations.
"The module "Prevention" is a unique development of the Ministry of economy of Tatarstan, work on its creation was carried out throughout 2019. The development was financed within the framework of the Federal subsidy allocated to Tatarstan for the development of digitalization of control and supervision activities, - said the Minister of economy of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiev. - Now the module "Prevention" is running in test mode. As a result of testing, all regions of the Russian Federation will be able to use it."
Tatarstan is awarded annually for its work on improving control and supervision activities. Last year, the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan received a diploma of 1 degree in the category "Best visualization of a preventive tool" for the project of creating an Internet resource "Proven business".
