300 young entrepreneurs gather in Kazan
On November 22, 2019 in the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan young entrepreneurs from all over Russia will take part in the all-Russian youth economic Congress, which will determine the winners of the all-Russian competition "Young Entrepreneur of Russia" (YER-2019).
The first stage of the Federal competition collected about 700 applications from 62 subjects of the Russian Federation. And more than 1000 people took part in the regional face-to-face stages, which were held in more than 30 regions of the Russian Federation. Participants of YER-2019 are young businessmen aged 14 to 30 years, carrying out business activities in the territory of the Russian Federation.
300 young businessmen of different ages, from different subjects of Russia and with different directions of business activity got to the final of YER-2019. For example, the youngest finalist of YER-2019 Alexandra Manzhin is only 16 years old. She opened her business – an apartments network "Malaya Zemlya" - two years ago. Alexandra organizes comfortable living conditions for tourists close to home, so that away from home they feel as comfortable as possible. In the future, Alexandra plans to further develop herself and her business, creating a full-fledged network of apartments and workplaces.
Young entrepreneurs compete for the title of the best in eight areas: "Internet enterprise", "Agricultural business", "Franchising", "Social entrepreneurship", "Production", "Innovative entrepreneurship", "Trade" and "Services". At the final of the competition in each category will be determined one winner, winners, and will be awarded to the winners of special nominations: "International entrepreneurship"; "Young employer of Russia"; "Women's entrepreneurship"; "for contribution to the development of youth entrepreneurship".
The projects were evaluated by specially invited experts from among the partners of the competition-recognized leaders in their field in the Russian market. This allowed to competently evaluate the work, to give an expert assessment of the business performance of the contestants and to formulate recommendations to improve the efficiency of their work in the framework of Skype interviewing.
A rich educational and entertainment program will be held for the participants at the final of YER-2019: networking, an educational block from invited experts and moderators of the Federal level, a festive awards ceremony with a performance of honored guests and artists, as well as a gala dinner and a business stand-up show.
The aim of the competition is to promote the development of youth entrepreneurship in Russia. Thanks to the competition among the younger generation of Russia increases the popularity of entrepreneurship, identifies the best practices and projects operating in the subjects of the Russian Federation, as well as improving the professional skills of participants, there is a new experience and acquaintances in the professional environment-the possibility of further development.
The all-Russian contest "Young entrepreneur of Russia" is an annual award in the sphere of small business, which has been held since 2010 in the sphere of implementation of the state youth policy in the territory of the Russian Federation.
The organizers are the Federal Agency for youth Affairs and the Federal state budgetary institution "Russian center for youth entrepreneurship".
