Tatarstanis an excellent student of control and supervision activities
The Republic of Tatarstan is recognized as an "Excellent student of control and supervision". The award of the badge of honor was held in Moscow at the conference "Public administration reform: new quality of state control", within the framework of which an extended meeting of the working group on monitoring the implementation in the subjects of the Russian Federation of the target model "Implementation of control and supervision activities in the subjects of the Russian Federation" was held. It was noted that Tatarstan achieved the Target model (100%) and showed good results in the work.
Also within the conference new control and preventive measures were worked out, prospects of development of municipal control, implementation of the mechanism of "regulatory guillotine", introduction of new tools of prevention and digitalization of control and Supervisory activity were discussed.
The conference was devoted to topical issues of improving public administration, in particular, the principles of implementation of the draft Federal law "on state control (supervision) and municipal control in the Russian Federation", the draft law "On licensing activities" , as well as prospects for the development of the MFC within the framework of the MFC 2.0 concept.
