Tatarstan is the most investment-active region in August

Business online magazine "Invest-Foresight" has made a rating of "Investment activity of regions" for August 2019. The first place in it was given to the Republic of Tatarstan, which scored 155 points. The rating is based on published reports on investment projects launched and implemented in the Russian regions.

Depending on the subject of messages, each was evaluated on a 10-point scale. The maximum score was assigned to messages about the commissioning of the project or the next stage of the project. Publications on the allocation of financing or credit for the project received a score of 9 points, on the signing of an agreement on the implementation of the project – 7, and an agreement of intent – 4. Other news were estimated at 1 point. At the same time, the largest share was gained by messages falling on the industries "Industry", "Construction and real estate" and "Fuel and energy".

Also, according to the magazine, the "TANECO" project implemented in the Republic by PJSC "Tatneft" was recognized as the best investment project, and the hi – tech industrial Park "Haier RUS", which opened with the first washing machine plant, was the most interesting project of August. 

"Tatarstan's favorable investment environment has been praised many times. A large number of projects are being implemented in the Republic, agreements on the establishment of new production facilities are being signed. August in this regard was really busy-attracted new investors in the SEZ and PSEDA of Tatarstan, completed the construction of a number of infrastructure facilities, accredited new industrial sites. This is the result of more than one day's work and much remains to be done for the further development of the Republic," Minister of economy Farid Abdulganiev said.

As previously reported, in August, agreements of intent were signed for the implementation of large investment projects in the SEZ "AlmA", the total cost of which exceeds 56 billion rubles. Four new investment projects worth 1.56 billion rubles were attracted to PSEDA "Zelenodolsk", "Nizhnekamsk" and "Chistopol". New resident appeared at the SEZ "Innopolis". These are the companies "NNG Kazan",  "Megis Kazan", "SDS Telecom", "TRANSPERENT TECHNOLOGY", "GDC Services", "Intelligent Videoanalytics", "BPM Environment".
