Residents of Naberezhnye Chelny are invited to make proposals to the city development strategy

Naberezhnye Chelny adjust the Strategy of socio-economic development of the municipality. The changes are primarily due to the adjustment of the Strategy of the Republic of Tatarstan until 2030. 

The strategy for Naberezhnye Chelny was approved in 2016. You can find it on the website of the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
