Tatarstan innovators submitted bids for 368 million rubles

Small innovative enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan have applied for grants to create and expand production by 368 million rubles. Applications are submitted under the program "Commercialization".

Acceptance of applications for the 8th stage of the competition for the program "Commercialization" has ended. The Republic of Tatarstan filed 21 applications for a total of 368 million rubles.

The competition is held by the Innovation Promotion Fund to provide financial support to small innovative enterprises that have completed R & D and are planning to create or expand the production of innovative products. Grants are issued to finance the costs associated with the implementation of innovative projects, the results of which have the prospect of commercialization, except for the costs of research, development and technological works.

- Several years in a row, interest in innovative entrepreneurship in Tatarstan shows good dynamics. In 2018, 104 projects from the Republic of Tatarstan were supported at the Federal level, which is 40 percent more than a year earlier. The total amount of funds allocated for projects in 2018 amounted to more than 360 million rubles. This year we expect to improve this figure, " said deputy Minister of economy Indira Kireeva.

Also at the moment small innovative enterprises can take part in competitions "Start", "Development" and new competition "Corporation". 

3 July 2019, the Fund announced the beginning of acceptance of applications under the program "Start" and "Development" in the framework of the Federal project "Informational infrastructure" and "Digital technologies" the national program "Digital economy".

For the contest "Start – Digital platform" deadline ends September 2, 2019, and for the contest "Start – Digital technology" - September 9, 2019.

In the framework of the program "Development", the grant for small innovative enterprises will amount to 20 million rubles.

For the contest "Development of the Digital platform" call for applications is open until 24 September 2019. Applications for the contest "Development – Digital technologies" are accepted until October 7, 2019.

In addition, until September 23, 2019, applications for the "Start 1" and "Start 2" programs continue to be accepted for. For innovative enterprises focused on business expansion, applications for the program "Start 2" and "Start 3" will last until October 14, 2019.

Also, earlier, the Innovation Assistance Fund announced the launch of a new program of financial support for entrepreneurs "Corporation". The program is aimed at providing financial support to small innovative enterprises in order to develop and create the production of innovative products for the tasks of the largest Russian corporations. The grant amount is up to 50 million rubles, subject to 100% co-financing from extra-budgetary sources. Applications for the competition under the "Corporation" program are accepted from July 1 to September 16, 2019.
