Today, on July 16, 2019, the first meeting of the Interdepartmental working group on the creation of an Interregional marketing center of the Volga Federal district on the basis of the Trade and information cluster was held. Specialized IT-resource is designed to promote local production of small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, as well as their interregional cooperation.
- Stimulating the development of local industrial production and supporting small and medium-sized businesses is one of the main tasks in the development of the economy not only of Tatarstan and the Volga Federal district, but also of Russia as a whole. Working in cooperation and sharing successful practices, we will be able to significantly improve our results and speed up the time to achieve our goals. "We are glad that the practice of Tatarstan to support small and medium-sized businesses will assist in the development of industrial production of small and medium-sized businesses in the Volga Federal district and we hope that the adaptation of this practice will be as quickly and effectively", said the Minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiev.
The new IT-resource scales the successful practice of the system developed in the Republic of Tatarstan to promote products of Tatarstan production. The unique tool was developed in the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and introduced in may this year.
The system is a constantly updated informational and analytical platform. With its help, regional entrepreneurs receive information about the need for a particular product with a description of all the characteristics and the required volume of procurement and on the basis of these data can offer their conditions for replacing the required products with a local analogue that meets all the conditions of the customer.
In addition, the analysis of transactions made in the system allows to create a list of investment niches for products that are purchased but not produced in the region or produced in insufficient volume.
Thus, the producers of the Republic, and in the future the VFR, will be able to respond in a timely manner to the needs and opportunities of the domestic market, creating or reprofiling their organizations.
Today, more than 100 enterprises have already used the System in the Republic of Tatarstan, more than 680 offers are presented in the catalog, 282 purchases of products from local producers, which were previously purchased outside the region, were made.
Earlier, within the framework of the 23rd St. Petersburg international economic forum (SPIEF-2019), the System of promotion of products manufactured in Tatarstan was marked as "best practice" and was recommended for implementation in other regions.
