Rural entrepreneurs of Tatarstan are financed for 130 million rubles
Since the beginning of 2019, the Guarantee Fund under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan has helped entrepreneurs to attract financing for more than 130 million rubles. Support was provided in the framework of the program “Entrepreneurship in the countryside”.
Peasant farms from Elabuzhskiy and Alkeyevskiy districts became the enterprises that received support within the framework of the preferential program. Thanks to the guarantee of the Guarantee Fund, agricultural enterprises received 13 million rubles for the development of activities.
8 million rubles of these was received by the peasant-farming enterprise “Yamaletdinov Ilfar Ferdinantovich” from the Elabuzhskiy district. On land plots of 1,441 hectares, grain crops, rapeseed, sunflower and perennial grasses are grown here. The farm received a preferential loan for development of animal husbandry.
“This year we decided to develop animal husbandry. We bought tribal highly productive heifers and now plan to buy milk pipeline. The total cost of the project is 10 million rubles. We received 8 million rubles thanks to a loan from AK BARS Bank. The Guarantee Fund acted as a guarantor for 3.8 million rubles”, said the Head of peasant-farming enterprise Ilfar Yamaletdinov.
Another participant of the program “Entrepreneurship in the countryside” is the peasant-farming enterprise of Alkeyevskiy district “Fattakhov Talgat Gumerovich”. Grain, leguminous and Pancake week crops are grown here, cattle are raised and milk is produced. 140 head of cattle contained on the two farms of the enterprise produce milk not only for Tatarstan, but also for export to the Ulyanovsk region. The loan amount for the further development of production amounted to 5 million rubles. The Guarantee Fund acted as a guarantor for 2.5 million rubles.
Previously, two large agricultural enterprises of the Baltasinskiy district were supported: “SP Smail” and “Kyzyl Yul”.
Let us recall, during the visit to the Baltasinskiy enterprises, the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiyev reported that this year 678 million rubles were additionally allocated to support rural entrepreneurs. The funds will be used to finance the regional project “Creating a system of support for farmers and development of rural cooperation”. Taking into account this amount, the total amount of support for rural entrepreneurs in the years 2019-2021 will be more than 1,097 billion rubles. 418.8 million rubles of these, the republic will receive in 2019, more than 327 million rubles will be pledged in 2020 and 351 million rubles - in 2021.
