The first “Boiling point” will be opened in the Republic of Tatarstan

On May 23-24, 2019, the State Autonomous Institution “Technopark in the sphere of high technologies “IT Park” with support of Autonomous Non-state Institution “Agency of Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects, Ministry of Informatization and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and Autonomous Non-state Institution “NTI Platform” will open the first in the region “Boiling Point - Kazan” teamwork space.

The “Boiling point” will bring together entrepreneurs, students, scientists, government officials and academic institutions, active youth to create and promote innovative projects in the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as exchange of experience, results of activities and new models of regional development in their areas and in collaboration with each other.

Thanks to the new format of the site, representatives of various communities of both Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny will be involved in active work. The main activities of the “Boiling point” in the IT park will be: “digital transformation”, “sustainable development” and “international cooperation”, and the key task will be the development of non-resource export potential of the region.

The “Boiling point” in the IT park provides communication for project leaders, the opportunity to receive advice from leading experts in various fields from across the country, as well as free participation in educational programs. Kazan “Boiling Point” will held master classes from experts, presentations of best practices for project implementation.

The event will be attended by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov, the Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation on issues of digital and technological development D.N. Peskov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Informatization and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan of RT, R.A. Shaikhutdinov. Participation of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan F.S. Abdulganiev; General Director of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects, S.V. Chupsheva, General Director of the Union of the Agency for Development of Professional Communities and Workers “Young Professionals (Worldskills Russia)” R.N. Urazov, as well as rectors of universities of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives business, public organizations and government agencies are expected.

The ceremonial opening of the “Boiling Point - Kazan”, as well as the plenary session on the topic “High technologies erase the market boundaries. Challenges of the digital future” will be held on May 23, 2019 at 10.00 am at the address: 52, Peterburgskaya str, Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan.

A number of agreements will be signed at the opening:

- Agreement on cooperation and development of the “Boiling point-Kazan” teamwork space: Autonomous Non-state Institution “Platform of the National Technological Initiative and State Autonomous Institution IT-Park;

- on cooperation in the framework of the organization of activities and joint work on development of the “Boiling point-Kazan” agenda: “IT-park” and SEZ “Innopolis”.

Within the two days of opening (from May 23 to May 24) a series of events will take place: expert sessions, master classes in various fields, lectures and seminars.
