Indira Kireyeva took part in a seminar on formation of the initiative system "Smart Solutions Library "Smarteka"

A seminar on formation of the initiative system "Smart Solutions Library "Smarteka" was held in Moscow. The event was attended by the Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Indira Kireyeva.

The seminar included a presentation of the concept and discussion of the methodology of the new system initiative of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects - the Smart Solutions Libraries “Smarteka”. This is a mechanism for regular search for the best Russian and international practices of socio-economic development and formation on their basis of ready-made solutions for subsequent implementation in the regions of Russia.

Smart Solutions Library “Smarteka” will present practices that contribute to achievement of National Projects under Presidential Decree No. 204 of May 7, 2018 “On National Goals and Strategic Objectives of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024”, as well as projects of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives to support leadership and system initiatives aimed at social and economic challenges, the development of the digital economy. Together with federal authorities and development institutions, the Agency will develop integrated solutions that are ready for implementation in any region of the country, which will help in achieving indicators of national projects, national goals and strategic objectives of development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024. It is assumed that each practice will be a standardized description of the mechanisms, a standard roadmap, an organizational and financial model, a package necessary for implementation of regulatory legal acts. Effectiveness of the practices will be confirmed by successful experience in implementing these practices in the donor regions and by the expert community. The system of exchange of best practices will also be finalized, ensuring their active dissemination, implementation and monitoring of results.
