Work of the MFC of the Republic of Tatarstan is highly appreciated at the federal level
The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia has formed a rating of constituent entities of the Russian Federation on organization of public services provision on "one window" principle through the MFC for the IV quarter of 2018. According to its results, the Republic of Tatarstan received a high degree of appreciation and entered the group of regions with a high degree of efficiency of the MFC.
The regions were assessed according to several indicators, including the proportion of citizens who have access to state and municipal services based on the “one window” principle, the level of applicants' satisfaction with the quality of state services provided in the MFC, the number of services provided in the MFC from the mandatory list, compliance with the rules for organizing activities of MFC and a single corporate identity, etc. In addition, the ranking took into account the use by regions of the information-analytical system for monitoring the quality of public services (IAS MKGU) to assess the quality of service provision in the MFC.
The network of multifunctional centers in Tatarstan includes 57 offices of the MFC (My Documents) and 281 remote reception windows in rural settlements (TOSPs). Each MFC provides more than 150 types of services.
