Acceptance of applications for accreditation continues

Acceptance of applications for accreditation by management companies of industrial parks and industrial sites continues. Accreditation is carried out in order to determine whether infrastructure subject of property support for small and medium-sized businesses is in compliance with the requirements established by law.

Documents are accepted at the address: Kazan, Moskovskaya str., 55, office 125, on weekdays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (except Friday - from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm).

Tatarstan entrepreneurs can become residents of industrial parks or sites. Residents of accredited industrial sites have the opportunity to use the support programs of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. In particular, they can subsidize the interest rate on reimbursement of expenses related to payment of interest on loans attracted for construction (reconstruction) of engineering infrastructure, industrial buildings, structures, as well as for the purchase of new equipment.

As well as by decision of the executive committees, a land tax for residents may be reduced or abolished in some districts. If the land on which the industrial park or site is located is in municipal ownership, then by decision of the executive committee the rent may be reduced or canceled.

Acceptance of applications for accreditation of industrial parks and sites is held in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of August 27, 2014 No. 616 “On accreditation of infrastructure subjects of property support of small and medium-sized businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan”.
