Medvedev signed a decree to reduce business costs during inspections

Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree supplementing the list of information that regulatory authorities can receive during inspections of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs without requesting such information from the audited entities. The document is published on the government website.

The list is supplemented by another 48 positions. This information is at the disposal of 26 federal executive authorities, including the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Federal Security Service, the Emergencies Ministry, Rospotrebnadzor, Rostekhnadzor, Rosprirodnadzor, the Federal Agency for Fisheries, the Federal Service for Supervision.

Expansion of the list will reduce the administrative costs of entrepreneurs, because when conducting inspections they will not have to provide documents and information already available to state bodies.
