Kazan, Almetyevsk and Laishevo - the leaders of the rating of socio-economic development of municipal formations of the Republic of Tatarstan. Statistics for January-August 2018 was prepared by specialists of the Ministry of Economy.

According to the rating, Kamsko-Ustinskiy district improved its performance by 7 positions, Alekseevskiy district - by 6 positions. These changes are due to a decrease in the level of registered unemployment, an increase in the purchasing power of wages and the volume of value added.

Per capita, the volume of products shipped on average in the republic amounted to 460.61 thousand rubles. The highest rates are in Almetyevskiy (2,970.2 thousand rubles), Nizhnekamskiy (1,399.2 thousand rubles) and Novosheshminskiy (1025.4 thousand rubles) districts.

As of September 1, 2018, the registered unemployment rate in the republic was 0.50%. In 30 municipal formations, this indicator is below the national average. The lowest level is in Aktanyshskiy (0.17%), Laishevskiy and Menzelinskiy (0.24%) districts.

0.37 square meters of total housing area per capita was commissioned in the Republic of Tatarstan in January-August 2018. The largest area of ​​housing was introduced in Pestrechinskiy (3,602 square meters), Laishevskiy (1,776 square meters) and Verkhneuslonskiy (1,541 square meters) districts.
