Regions of Tatarstan hold leading positions at All-Russian competition

Internal part of the V contest of municipal strategies of 2018 was held in the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation: the finals for private nominations and the semifinal for the main nomination "The Best Municipal Strategy 2018".

The Republic of Tatarstan was represented by 4 municipal formations - Nizhnekamskiy, Almetyevskiy, Bugulminskiy and Novosheshminskiy districts.

The finals were held in the following private nominations: "The most open process of strategy development"; "Better coherence of strategic planning"; "Systematic management of strategy implementation"; "Smart strategy - smart city".

Following the results of hearings of representatives of 20 municipal formations of the Russian Federation, Almetyevskiy municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan was declared the winner in the nomination "Smart strategy - smart city".

The winners will be awarded in nominations on October 22, 2018 during the All-Russian Forum "Strategic Planning in Regions and Cities of Russia: Stakeholders of the Future" (St. Petersburg).

 24 municipal formations of the Russian Federation competed in the semifinal of the main category "Best municipal strategy of 2018", among them:

- Nizhnekamskiy and Almetyevskiy districts (in a subgroup with a population of 165 to 300 thousand people);

- Bugulminskiy district (in a subgroup with a population of 50 to 120 thousand people);

- Novosheshminskiy district (in a subgroup with a population of less than 50 thousand people).

Based on the evaluation of documents and presentations of municipal formations, six finalists were chosen by the results of the jury's open voting; Nizhnekamskiy municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan was among them.

The finalists in the main nomination "The Best Municipal Strategy 2018" will meet in the final, which will take place on October 22, 2018, within the framework of the All-Russian Forum "Strategic Planning in the Regions and Cities of Russia: Stakeholders of the Future" (St. Petersburg).
